All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in the proposal or invoice. Additionally, any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
A minimum 50% advance payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Furthermore, remaining payment must be completed before final project delivery. Monthly marketing services are billed in advance, and consequently, late payments may result in suspension of services.
Full refund if work has not started. Partial refunds may be considered depending on completed work. However, no refund is issued after project completion or delivery. As a result, marketing services, advertising budgets, and consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.
The client agrees to provide accurate information; share required files and login credentials; approve designs/content promptly; and respond within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays. Project delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.
We manage advertising campaigns professionally; however, we do not guarantee sales, revenue, ROAS, rankings, or profits. For example, marketing performance depends on many factors including competition, budget, product quality, customer demand, and platform algorithms, which are out of our control.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of completed project files unless otherwise agreed. Evosphere retains ownership of its own templates, frameworks, strategies, internal systems, and branding assets.
All client information remains confidential and is never shared without permission except where required by law.
Our services may involve Shopify, WordPress, Meta, TikTok, Google, Stripe, PayPal, Hosting Providers, and Domain Registrars. We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, or technical issues caused by these third-party platforms.
Estimated delivery timelines begin after required information is received, initial payment is completed, and all project requirements are finalized.
Projects include revisions as specified in the proposal. Major changes after approval may be treated as a new project.

Evosphere Marketing Agency shall not be liable for business losses, lost profits, indirect damages, website downtime, data loss, or third-party platform issues. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments remain overdue, fraudulent activity is detected, clients misuse our services, or abuse or harassment toward staff occurs.
Client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell client data.
