Our Learning Management System

Evosphere LMS allows learners to enroll in courses (such as Shopify, Meta Ads, and Digital Marketing training), track progress, and interact with instructors. When you create an LMS account, we collect your name, email, enrollment and payment records, course progress, quiz results, and any messages exchanged with instructors. This data is used to deliver course content, issue certificates, provide support, and improve our curriculum. Course purchase records are retained for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes even if you later close your account.

How we share information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate hosting, payments, email, analytics, and advertising, under confidentiality obligations;
• Clients, where campaign performance data belongs to the client whose account we are managing;
• Legal & safety purposes, if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Evosphere, our clients, or the public;
