- Clients are requested to provide all necessary data and materials between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- To ensure timely completion of the project, clients are urged to share required details as soon as possible.
3. Banking Suggestion
- Clients are advised to create a Faysal Bank account to avoid tax deductions on ad spending.
4. Performance Disclaimer
- As a marketing agency, we strive to deliver the best results possible. However, no specific results are guaranteed, and the client acknowledges that outcomes may vary.
- The client agrees not to hold the company liable for not achieving expected results. Our team will put in maximum effort to exceed expectations.

- Personal details should not be shared with any other team members or group, except as authorized by the CEO or manager.
- We ensure that all client-provided information is kept confidential. However, the company is not responsible for any issues arising from data breaches or misuse of information outside our control. Clients should ensure the accuracy and security of the details they provide.

7. Marketing Project Meetings
- Clients interested in starting a marketing project or service can request a meeting with the manager or ask the manager to schedule a meeting with the CEO.
8. Payment Terms
- Clients are required to clear payments as per the official terms: 50% at the start of the project and 50% upon project completion.

- In case of termination of the agreement, all work completed to date will remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
- The company reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.
- The client agrees to settle disputes through amicable discussions or third-party arbitration if necessary.
- If there is any delay from the client end for giving access or providing required data, then the company is not responsible for project delay.
