Working Together Smoothly Client Guidelines

To ensure a successful partnership, we expect timely communication, constructive feedback, and adherence to agreed timelines and payments. Mutual respect and clarity help us deliver the best possible results efficiently.
  • Response Timeliness

    Provide feedback, approvals, or content within agreed turnaround times (typically 48–72 hours) to avoid project delays.

  • Communication Channels

    We use email, Slack, or designated platforms. Maintain professionalism and provide clear, constructive input.

  • Deliverables & Approval

    Each stage (wireframes, content, assets) requires client approval in writing before moving forward.

  • Content Ownership

    Clients are responsible for originality and legal rights to all materials provided. We are not liable for third-party claims.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellations must be provided 15 days in advance in writing. Refunds are prorated based on project progress and payments made.
